Azra Hodzic has been with Intomedia since February 2021 and is a central point of contact for many clients, participants and trainers. She is the first face you see when you enter our studio and makes sure that training courses, events and appointments are professionally prepared and reliably supported.

In Seminar & Customer Service, Azra Hodzic takes great pleasure in organising training courses in the studio as well as online training formats. She is happy to advise clients over the phone, answers enquiries and supports organisational questions relating to Intomedia’s services. Even when many details come together at the same time, she keeps an overview and makes sure that nothing important is lost.

Her responsibilities include coordination with trainers, preparation of materials, organisation of catering and preparation of rooms for seminars and events. In this way, she makes an important contribution to ensuring that participants feel welcome and that training courses at Intomedia run smoothly.

In addition, Azra Hodzic is primarily responsible for organising Intomedia’s Online Impulses. These include the formats Best of Medientraining, Best of Businesstraining and Best of Digital. She also provides organisational support for the Insight Lounges. Especially in these formats, precise, flexible and reliable preparation is essential so that content, technology, timing and communication work together well.

Azra Hodzic works in a structured, precise and stress-resistant way. She is not easily thrown off balance, remains flexible even in dynamic situations and finds pragmatic solutions. At the same time, warmth, energy and friendliness shape the way she interacts with clients, participants and colleagues.
