Bachelor of Arts (University of California at Santa Barbara) in English Literature, MBA (Webster University –Vienna)

Professional background
Steve Chaid began his professional career as a print journalist in California. Since 1992, he has worked as a radio presenter, editor and news presenter at the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation, the ORF (Blue Danube Radio, FM4, Ö1). From 1999-2015, Steve also worked as a television anchor, business news editor and international correspondent for Germany´s global satellite broadcaster DWTV in Berlin. He has worked with Intomedia since 2005.

Steve also works as an event moderator, taking the stage for everything from panel discussions to gala celebrations.

If he is not in the office, he is out training for his next triathlon race. Steve has, so far, qualified for and finished the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii three times...and isn't finished yet.

Training focus
Steve Chaid is our native speaker expert for all media, business and Personal Presence training courses in English. But he is also fluent in German and frequently integrates both languages into his courses. In addition to leading tailor-made training sessions, Steve integrates his extensive know-how from print journalism, broadcast journalism and event moderation into all of our seminars.
