Steve Chaid delivers trainings in both German and English. A native speaker from California, he is based in Vienna. As a working journalist and event host, he brings years of experience as a radio presenter, newspaper editor and TV anchor to Intomedia's trainings. As an international correspondent, he knows what it takes to field unexpected questions with confidence. As a broadcast media professional, he understands the craft behind it: preparing thoroughly, handling pressure and still delivering a great story when you are live on air in front of a microphone or camera. And as an event host, he knows the challenge of connecting with an audience — and staying in their memory.

Education and Professional background
Steve Chaid is a curious person who will never stop learning. He was already working as a print journalist while studying at UC Santa Barbara. That same curiosity brought him to Europe after graduation. Alongside his career at ORF (FM4), he completed an MBA. With that business background, he became a business anchor at Deutsche Welle TV in Berlin. He lives and works in Vienna and has been part of the Intomedia team for many years — always glad to teach people new communication techniques that make them more successful.
