Graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (commercial sciences degree programme); additional qualifications, e.g. as trainer, coaching diploma from the Vienna Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Economic Promotion (WIFI), systemic conversations (VPA training institute), graduate of a psychodrama course organised by the Sympaideia training institute.

Professional background
Martina has many years of experience as a communications trainer for private and public clients, and as a teacher and director of studies for the work and education consultant course at WIFI Wien. As head of management games and moderator she has worked for universities in Georgia, CIS, and Ukraine within the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy.

Her subjects are: motivational talks, criticism, difficult corporate meetings, citizen communication, telephone conversations for assistants, in CRM, at general and support hotlines, and individual guidance for outbound telephony.
