Following these successes, Bernd was voted Austria’s Most Successful Radio Maker by the trade journal “Der Österreichische Journalist”. From 2000 to 2003 he was both managing director of Radio Media Consulting (RMC) and responsible for organising the business side of the Kronehit radio stations throughout Austria as well as the Hit FM stations in Lower Austria. Bernd was a radio presenter for the ORF (Ö3 and ORF Sport), for Radio CD International, Radio Maribor International (RMI), and the Austrian regional radio stations Antenne Steiermark, 88.6 der Musiksender, Kronehit and Antenne Wien between 1989 and 2012. In 2001 Bernd, an avowed Beatles fan, awarded the Beatles, represented by Sir Paul McCartney, the title “Artist of the Century” in Berlin. He later became the McCartney Group’s PR manager, focusing on Beatles projects.
Since 2003 Bernd has been managing director of Sebor Media GmbH, a communication agency focusing on media training and consulting for senior executives.
