Susann Reichenbach leads Intomedia’s media training activities in Germany. In her work, she combines her many years of experience as a presenter and reporter with a clear understanding of the demands of professional communication. She knows how journalistic conversations are shaped, how critical questions work and what matters when messages need to be delivered convincingly under time pressure, in front of a camera or behind a microphone.

Professional background

Susann Reichenbach studied political science and psychology in Freiburg and Pisa and completed her journalistic traineeship at MDR. She then worked, among others, for ARD Mittagsmagazin, Tagesschau, Tagesthemen and Rbb24 Inforadio. From hundreds of interviews with senior figures from politics, business and academia, she knows the dynamics of demanding, critical and complex interview situations. In Intomedia’s media trainings, Susann teaches not only techniques for confident appearances, clear messages and convincing interviews. She also shows participants how to stay calm in challenging situations, respond professionally to critical questions and communicate their position clearly, credibly and effectively.
