Professional background

After working in research and for a global strategy consultancy, Martina has worked as a freelance management consultant, trainer and coach in Austria and abroad since 2010. She supports organisations in strategy and change processes and designs and implements training and continuing professional development programmes for executives.

In her consulting contexts, Martina works with a wide range of meetings and supports executives in preparing for and leading them effectively. She also advises organisations on meeting culture and on how meetings can become more focused, productive and useful. Her experience as a consultant, trainer, coach and psychotherapist enables her to combine organisational perspective with individual development.

Martina is also an independent coach and psychotherapist.
