Client Service for Media and Business

Irene Kothbauer works in Client Service for Media and Business at Intomedia. She is the voice that guides you to your training, informs you about current training dates, attentively listens to your feedback and forwards it to the right people at Intomedia. This makes her an important interface between clients, participants, trainers and the Intomedia team.

At Intomedia, Irene Kothbauer is not only responsible for calls and client contact, but also acts as a driving force in sales and marketing. She ensures that information reaches the right people, that requests are heard and that feedback is passed on to where it can be processed further. In this role, she combines attentiveness in direct contact with a clear view of processes, communication and development.

Her professional background is shaped by many years of work in international corporations, experience in communication, coaching and service design, as well as a strong interest in development, perception and personal balance. These perspectives also inform her work at Intomedia: she listens carefully, takes concerns seriously and reliably accompanies clients through the first steps towards the right training.

In addition to her work at Intomedia, Irene Kothbauer is deeply engaged with movement, body awareness and mental strength. Pilates and yoga have been, and continue to be, loyal companions on her path. Her role as the mother of two now adult daughters, as a partner, her professional experience and her love of movement all shape her approach to these topics.

Her qualifications include a university course in communication and media psychology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in Olten, training as a systemic coach at the Coach Trainer Akademie in Switzerland and a diploma in service design at C PLUS Unternehmensberatung GmbH in Vienna. She has also completed training as a certified Pilates trainer for mat and studio, in fascia training and fascia yoga, as a practitioner of Spiraldynamik®, as a medical fitness trainer, as a certified mental trainer and mental coach, and as a certified yoga teacher at the Vienna Yoga School.
