For realistic media training

Our in-house TV and radio studios with state-of-the-art technology allow us to create realistic training situations for media appearances, interviews, discussions and broadcast formats. Participants do not only learn communication techniques in theory; they can immediately test them in an environment that comes close to real radio and television settings.

With our own studio infrastructure, we are able to create audiovisual content, from recording through to broadcast-quality production. This allows participants to experience how their messages, voice, body language and presence come across on camera or behind a microphone. The realistic setting helps make feedback more precise, practical and directly applicable.

Our radio studio can be used to produce radio phone-ins in front of a live studio audience. This makes it possible to train spontaneous reactions, clear answers and confident communication under realistic conditions. Participants experience how timing, tone of voice and structure influence the impact of their statements.

In our TV studio, we can simulate live TV discussions, interviews and debate situations. This is particularly useful for executives, experts and spokespersons who need to appear in front of cameras, respond to critical questions or take part in public discussions. The studio situation creates a level of pressure that is close to real media appearances, while still offering a safe training environment.

This set-up makes our media training practical, realistic and effective. Skills learnt during the training course can be tested immediately in a professional setting. Participants can see and hear themselves, reflect on their performance and improve their communication step by step.
